Location: Detroit, MI (On-set and remote work as needed)
Duration: 6-12 months (Flexible schedule, depending on availability)

Join the Stachehouse crew and get a hands-on experience in the world of video production, editing, and creative direction. This isn’t your typical internship—we’re looking for people ready to dive in, work hard, and learn the ins and outs of real-world production.

• On-set experience working directly with directors, producers, and crew.
• Behind-the-scenes access to the production process, from concept to final cut.
• Real-world editing experience using industry-standard software.
• Networking opportunities with artists, producers, and creatives in the industry.
• A chance to contribute to music videos, artist development projects, and other creative productions.

• Must be 18+
• Passion for music, video production, and creative media.
• Basic knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve preferred).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Bonus: Experience in photography, graphic design, or social media is a plus.

• Assist with on-set tasks (lighting, camera setup, props, etc.).
• Support the post-production team with editing, organizing footage, and preparing content.
• Help with social media content creation and BTS footage.
• Assist with administrative tasks like scheduling shoots, managing equipment, and coordinating with artists.
• Collaborate with the creative team on brainstorming ideas and visuals.
